The number of follow up appointments needed will depend on your needs and the type of diet you are following.
What is included?
Prices include written information, a letter to your GP/Consultant and copied to you plus email contact between appointments.
Fees are in line with guidance from the British Dietetic Association.
You will be asked to pay by credit card at the time of booking.
Payments are processed via Stripe through eu.halaxy.com.
A receipt will be emailed to you on the day of the appointment for you to claim the cost back from your insurance provider if needed.
Liane is registered with Aviva, Cigna, Pru Health and WPA.
Liane accepts payment by cash or, cheque if meeting in person or via BACS prior to or on the day of the appointment.

For consultations via Zoom/Skype or telephone: you will be asked to pay for the appointment via BACS by 2 days prior to the appointment.
Payments via health insurance: Liane is a registered provider with Aviva, BUPA, Cigna, Pru Health and WPA but unfortunately she is unable to accept cover through AXA PPP.
You will need to contact your provider before your consultation to check that you are covered for a consultation with Liane and to obtain an authorisation code.
Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide 48 hours’ notice so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.
