Fees
Dietetic (Wednesday and Friday mornings):
Initial consultation (up to 1 hour) in Wantage/via Zoom: £135
Follow up consultation (up to 1 hour) in Wantage/via Zoom: £100
Telephone follow up (up to 30 mins): £70
Hypnotherapy (Thursdays):
In Wantage or via Zoom (up to 1 hour): £75
What is included?
Fees include written information, a letter to your GP/Consultant copied to you plus email contact between appointments as needed (following dietetic consultations).
Fees are in line with guidance from the British Dietetic Association.
Payment
You will be asked to pay by credit card at the time of booking or 2 weeks before your appointment. Payments are processed via Stripe through eu.halaxy.com.
A receipt will be emailed to you on the day of the appointment for you to claim the cost back from your insurance provider if needed.
Liane is registered with Aviva, Cigna, Pru Health and WPA.
Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment:
Please provide 48 hours’ notice so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.

You will be charged the full cost of the consultation if less than 48 hours’ notice is given or you do not attend your appointment.
Before your appointment:
You will be asked to complete an online medical assessment form. This will be sent to you once your appointment has been arranged.
Please bring with you or email in advance any relevant consultant letters or test results.
Following your consultation:
Liane will write a letter to you and your GP and/or Consultant (with your consent) summarising the consultation.
Further face to face or online appointments will be arranged as necessary depending on your needs.

Liane accepts payment by cash or, cheque if meeting in person or via BACS prior to or on the day of the appointment.

For consultations via Zoom/Skype or telephone: you will be asked to pay for the appointment via BACS by 2 days prior to the appointment.
Payments via health insurance: Liane is a registered provider with Aviva, BUPA, Cigna, Pru Health and WPA but unfortunately she is unable to accept cover through AXA PPP.
You will need to contact your provider before your consultation to check that you are covered for a consultation with Liane and to obtain an authorisation code.
